In this age of political correctness and the outcry for the humane treatment of animals, some are really thinking outside the box.

Chef Daniel Angerer has been serving up cheese made from his wife's breast milk in his New York City restaurant.

But a new study reveals people really do have a different perception of freshness for food outside their home than for the stuff lurking in their very own refrigerators.

29 year old Dave Nunley eats about 275 grams of grated cheddar cheese a day.

He has been eating this way since he was a toddler.

Thanks to the assistance of health experts Dave can "now eat an occasional bowl of Ready Brek or a bag of salt and vinegar crisps".
